As the founder and CEO of Creating Bright Minds, LLC an educational consulting firm she launched in 2015 in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Evans has dedicated her career to elevating academic performance and fostering achievement across diverse educational landscapes. She also serves as the company’s Chief Education Development Officer, spearheading initiatives that empower scholars, educators, administrators, parents, and stakeholders to form meaningful partnerships and achieve transformative outcomes.
In 2021, Dr. Evans expanded her mission with the launch of Thinking College Now, a division of Creating Bright Minds that addresses the critical need for effective college preparation and funding access. This initiative equips students and families with practical tools and strategies to navigate the complexities of higher education financing, ensuring equitable access to academic opportunities.
Dr. Evans holds a Doctorate of Education in Administrative Leadership from Walden University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas.
